国家知识产权局授予Grundium首个中国技术专利
 

 Grundium近日报道,其全玻片扫描显微成像系统,以独特的扫描路径、创新的拼接技术及融合的成像算法,被国家知识产品局授予在中国的首个技术专利(中国技术专利CN 108873290 B)。采用该专利暨最具有实用性的全玻片扫描显微成像系统--Ocus系列产品,可为用户提供快速、高清的全玻片扫描图像。
 

 
为了获得整张切片的高清图像,扫描设备需要在样本上选择多个聚焦点或聚焦层面,继而采取线性或面阵的方式进行扫描和拼接,形成一张包含完整信息的扫描图像,实现数字化的保存、浏览和分析。Ocus系列产品有别于传统扫描设备,不仅在于其高度的集成化(整机内置CPU和GPU)、前沿的无线链接(自发热点或wifi的连接和数据传输),尤其体现在高品质的成像效果,具体描述如下:
 
通过预览可自动圈选目标区域(FOI),结合软件对目标区域的路径进行优化如非直线的逐线扫描、螺旋扫描或混合扫描等,可有效地缩短扫描所需时间。同时,不同染色方法产生的色度、色域等也有所不同,Ocus根据不同颜色聚焦在不同的距离处,对RGB颜色的单独成像以及在连续运动中改变焦点,提供最高清晰度的图像(详见中国技术专利CN 108873290 B全文)。在快速完成多个扫描视野的高清图像后,Ocus采用其创新性的拼接技术(美国技术专利US 10,628,698 B1)收集所有可能的图像配对候选方案,自动从中选择整体上最吻合的图像配对方案,拼接得到一张完整的高清图像。
 
基于Ocus所拥有的这些国内和国外的技术专利,该系列产品可快速完成切片扫描,为用户提供高质量的图像以及属于这个时代的操控体验。
