       蛋白质印迹杂交实验(Western Blotting),一项最基础的分子生物学实验,同时也是属于经验依赖性的多步骤实验过程,耗时费力。实验结果的优劣容易受到诸多因素(如震荡速率、洗膜时间、次数等)的影响,尤其针对低丰度表达的蛋白样品,难以保证其高度重复性和高信噪比。
 
       BlotCyclerTM是全自动化的蛋白质印迹杂交系统,自动化完成封闭、 抗体孵育、洗膜—系列繁琐的过程。您只需加入试剂和样品膜,触摸屏选择预设程序或自定义程序即可,无需值守!该系统最吸睛的设计,专利的流体清洗技术配合优化的震荡方式和震荡速度,极大地提高信噪比和相对灵敏度。同时其样品盘独特的非水平设计(特殊角度),促使洗膜液及抗体在样品盘内形成旋涡状,更好地接触、浸润样品膜,保证有效清洗和抗体孵育。该系统还可整机放置在4度冷柜中,抗体充分孵育并减少非特异性结合,信号值更强!
