REGEMAT 3D BIO V1打印机
  • 热熔塑料打印材料
新型生物降解材料,热稳定性好,具有很好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,加工成直径为1.75mm的线状细丝,通过BIO V1 3D生物打印机的高温熔融打印头打印,可用作3D生物打印模型支撑材料,药物缓释包装剂等。

  • 新型合成生物墨水
合成肽段生物墨水,具有良好的生物相容性,可以形成纳米纤维网状结构,模拟细胞外基质,能够提供稳定的三维结构,广泛用于3D生物打印和3D细胞培养应用。
Regemat可提供:

  • 海藻酸盐
海藻酸盐是源于自然生物体内的生物材料,在二价阳离子存在的条件下产生化学交联,生成可以装载细胞的水凝胶,在3D细胞打印应用中,可以作为类似细胞基质为3D打印的细胞提供三维支撑结构。
 
  • 纳米纤维素生物墨水
纳米纤维素是一种由植物细胞壁的分离出来成分,在比较低的浓度下有着很高的黏度。纳米纤维素是一种来自于自然界的生物材料,在有氯化钙存在的情况下发生化学交联,生成可以作为细胞墨水的水凝胶,在3D生物打印中有着广泛的应用。另外,纳米纤维素具有水溶性,在打印复杂的结构时有很好的应用,如芯片流道。

  • Gelatin methacrylate
Gelatin methacrylate是一种基于明胶的生物墨水,可以提供适于哺乳动物细胞自然生长的关键特性。在受光敏剂引发或者紫外光照射时,Gelatin methacrylate发生交联成固态形式。Gelatin methacrylate和几乎所有的哺乳动物细胞有良好的生物相容性,可以作为组织工程打印的基础材料,如骨、软骨、心脏及血管组织等类器官组织的打印。另外Gelatin methacrylate也用于其它基础研究的应用,细胞研究、细胞通路研究、药物和基因释放研究及生物传感器研究等应用。
 

 
  • GELATINS: AGAROSE
琼脂属于半乳糖多糖,是海洋藻类细胞外基质的主要成分。而AGAROSE是琼脂的中性多聚物成分,琼脂糖加热会形成液状物,在冷却时形成胶体,低浓度的胶体中存在大量的孔状结构。在3D生物打印研究中,在打印类组织器官模型及后续组织培养中,AGAROSE可以作为不同细胞层之间的支撑及细胞生长附着层。

  • Gelatin
Geltin存在于胶原中,是一种水溶性蛋白的异质复合物。在3D生物打印研究领域,Gelatin是一种很好的生物相容性材料,可以作为生物活性分子的递送载体以及类组织器官3D结构打印的支撑物,广泛用于组织工程研究领域。
